Eligibility Criteria for Buying a Puffing Kiwi Franchise

✔ Legal Age and NZ working rights: Must be at least 18 years old (the legal age for purchasing vaping products in NZ) and have NZ working rights for registering a business.
✔ Financial Requirements: Minimum liquid capital of NZD 100,000, ability to secure additional financing if necessary, and a good credit history with no defaults.
✔ Legal Compliance: Clean criminal record and no history of tobacco or vaping-related legal violations.
✔ Location: Ability to secure a suitable retail location that complies with local zoning laws and vaping regulations.
✔ Marketing Ethics: Agreement to follow ethical marketing practices that do not target youth or non-smokers.
✔ Type and Size of Stores: Applicants may have an Independent Retail Store or a Store within a store with a minimum size of 10sqm (T&Cs apply).
