General Shipping Information

Puffing Kiwi is committed to offering dependable international shipping services from New Zealand to Samoa and other destinations worldwide. We prioritise efficiency and responsiveness to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Processing Time

Orders ship from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse. After placing an order, we verify, prepare, and package it for dispatch within 24 hours. During peak periods, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Rate: 

Products Worth $100 and below: $30 
Products Worth $101 and above: $80 

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times to Samoa:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

International Shipping

We ship to most countries, including Samoa, with charges and services depending on package weight and destination.

What you need to know as a customer:

  • Know your country's rules: Check your country's laws on importing and using vaping products. You may need special permits.
  • Stay up to date: Vaping regulations can change, so it’s important to stay informed about the latest rules.
  • Pay duties & taxes: Import fees like duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are your responsibility, so check with your customs office for details.
  • Ensure compliance: Make sure the products you order meet your country's regulations to avoid delivery issues.
  •  All shipping & delivery issues that may arise from customs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Please contact us if you don’t receive any parcel or email from us over 7 days.
    We need to investigate what happen to your order.
    If you don’t contact us over 3 months, we are not able to do anything.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are not included in product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer. Check with Samoan customs for any additional charges.

Tracking Your Order

A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to activate.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us or the carrier immediately to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged items for verification.
