Delivery Information

Puffing Kiwi dispatches all orders with tracking numbers. The tracking number is required to locate and manage your parcel during delivery. It is your responsibility to keep your tracking number confidential. Puffing Kiwi will not be liable for any unauthorised changes made to your parcel using your tracking number.

Nationwide Shipping and Charges

Estimated Delivery: 1–2 working days ($8.00 NZD)

Note: Overnight shipping is targeted but not guaranteed.

Shipping

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM NZDT will be processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM NZDT will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
  • Orders placed on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
  • Puffing Kiwi is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels for non-signature or Authority to Leave (ATL) orders.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Puffing Kiwi is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels if your parcel has been successfully delivered with ATL by Courier Post. If your property is under ATL, it is your responsibility to ensure safe delivery. For more information, please visit the Courier Post website.

Additional Fees

In the unlikely event that the provided address does not generate the correct shipping fee, we may require additional payment. Should this occur, we may place your order on hold and contact you by phone or email.

Redirection

To ensure correct delivery, Puffing Kiwi cannot process redirection requests once a parcel has been dispatched. Please use your tracking number to arrange redirection directly with Courier Post. Puffing Kiwi is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels if your parcel has been redirected.

Please note that due to stock availability, some orders may take up to 10 days to dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Puffing Kiwi is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels upon delivery. If your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact Courier Post to open an investigation. Failure to do so may result in no compensation from Courier Post.

Parcel Not Received

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery mark.
  • Check around your property to ensure it is not hidden from view.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days from when you contact us, as an investigation will be opened with Courier Post.
  • We cannot send a replacement until the investigation is complete. Our team will update you with the outcome.
  • If you wish to dispute Courier Post’s investigation outcome, please contact them directly.
  • If you do not receive any parcel or email updates from us within 7 days, please contact us so we can investigate your order.
  • If more than 3 months pass without contact, we may be unable to assist further.
