Troubleshooting: Pod Not Firing or Weak Vapour

Common checks

  • Ensure the device is charged. If the battery is low, recharge fully before use.
  • Remove the pod and reseat it firmly so the contacts align.
  • If the pod has reached the end of its usable life, replace it with a new pod compatible with your device.

Maintenance

  • Check for condensation at the base of the pod. Wipe contacts with a clean, dry cloth or cotton swab.
  • Keep the contact points between the pod and device clean and dry.
  • If your device has adjustable airflow or power, set it to the manufacturer’s recommended level for your pod.

When to seek help

  • The device does not activate with a fully charged battery and a new compatible pod.
  • You notice leaks, cracks, or visible damage to the pod or device body.
