The appearance of Joyetech EVIO Box Kit is compact and lightweight, using AST steel technology, which improves flavor transfer and extends the winding life. EVIO Box equipped with an integrated battery with a capacity of 1000 mAh, which is charged with a modern USB Type-C connector. You can quickly replenish the reserve of autonomy using a current of up to 2A. Comes with LED indiotor to shows the user three vaping modes: High, Medium and Low. Aslo, the Fire key can switch vaping modes. In addition, the EVIO Box will be a vibration prompt that is triggered when the cartridge is installed, when the battery is discharged and when there is little liquid left in the cartridge. As for the pod cartridges, a capacity of up to 2ml and two vaporizers in the kit (EN 0.8ohm and EN1.2ohm), they are backward compatible with those of the previously released Evio C Pod.  Moreover, the primitive airflow adjustment is available by inverting the cartridge.

Delivery Information

Puffing Kiwi dispatch all the orders with a tracking number. The tracking number is required to locate and make changes to your parcel during delivery. It is your responsibility to not share your tracking number with others. Puffing Kiwi will not be liable for any unauthorized changes made on your parcel with your tracking number.

Non-rural: Our target is Overnight deliver but it can take up to 1-2 working days 

Rural: 1-4 working days

Overnight shipping is targeted but not guaranteed.

Shipping

  • Orders placed before 2:00PM NZDT will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00PM NZDT will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
  • Orders made on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
  • Puffing Kiwi will not take any responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels.
  • We do not authorize any orders for Authority to Leave (ATL) since all our products are subject to age restrictions and must be received with a signature.

Age Restricted Goods (ARG)

Delivery will only be to the named individual on the consignment (or their nominated receiver).

- All delivery agents and representatives of New Zealand Post will not deliver e-cigarettes to anyone that they have reasonable grounds to believe is under the age of eighteen.

- All delivery agents and representatives are required to take reasonable steps to verify any receiver is not under the age of eighteen and must acknowledge & record that these steps have been taken for each delivery by prefixing the POD with the letters ‘R18’. As a minimum, reasonable steps to verify age are:

  • Visual confirmation that the receiver is, without doubt, over the age of 18
  • If the named receiver (or someone authorized to sign on their behalf) appears to be under the age of 25 or there is any doubt as to their age, proof of identification must be sighted and checked.

 

- Proof of identification is a valid form of ID (such as a driver's license, passport, or hospitality card containing a photo and date of birth)


Additional Fees

At the unlikely event, we may require you to pay shipping fees should you have provided us an address that does not accurately charge you the correct shipping fee. Should this occur, we may place your order on hold and will contact you (via phone/email) to let you know.

Redirection

To ensure that parcels are delivered correctly, Puffing Kiwi cannot process any request for a redirection once a parcel has been dispatched. Please contact or visit the Courier Post website with your tracking number to request a redirection.

Puffing Kiwi is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels if your parcel has been redirected.

Please note that some orders may not be dispatched the same day due to stock and may take up to 5 days to dispatch.

 

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Puffing Kiwi is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels upon delivery. If your parcel has been lost or stolen, please contact Courier Post to open an investigation. Failure to do so may result in no compensation from Courier Post.

Parcel not received

If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Contact us within 24 hours from the time it has been marked as delivered.
  • Please check around your property to ensure that it may not be left out of sight.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days from the time that you have contacted as an investigation will be opened with Courier Post. 
  • As the delivery is made by Courier Post, we cannot ship a replacement parcel until Courier Post has completed their investigation. Our team will keep you updated once the investigation has been completed.
  • If you wish to dispute any outcome by Courier Post Investigation, please contact them directly.

Refunds & Returns

Returns:

We do not have to accept your return if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please chose carefully.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and not missing parts.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@puffingkiwi.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Refunds :
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligation under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you're refund approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
