We’re getting in touch with an important update about our loyalty programme — and unfortunately, it’s not great news.

As part of new Government regulations coming into effect on 17 June 2025, all specialist vape retailers in New Zealand are being required to end all forms of promotions and loyalty programmes related to vaping products.

That means our loyalty points programme must be shut down, even for our most valued customers like you.

 

🔸 What This Means for You:

You’ll no longer be able to earn or redeem loyalty points after 16 June 2025.

Your current points can only be redeemed in-store.

After the cut-off date, all unused points will expire permanently (this is not our decision — it's a legal requirement).

There’s still time to redeem your points!

👉 Visit any Puffing Kiwi location before 16 June 2025
👉 Let one of our team know you’d like to use your points
👉 Redeem them on eligible products while you still can

While these regulation changes mean loyalty rewards will be coming to an end, we remain committed to offering great value. We keep our prices competitive in-store so you can continue saving on your everyday purchases — no points required
